My son, Sangrak, is thrilled to receive a storybook, “Jessie on the Wheels”—illustrated by his dad!

Ever since before I graduated, and throughout my years of working, I’ve designed countless characters and printed materials. But it wasn’t until I became a father that I finally created a book of my own. Why? Because I read bedtime stories to my son almost every night.

One day, as I was picking books to read, it hit me: Why don’t I create a book for Sangrak, one that I’ve illustrated just for him? That thought made me so excited. And with the loving encouragement of my wife, I got to work right away.

The idea didn’t come from anywhere far—it’s inspired by Sangrak’s favorite animals: frogs, crocodiles, giraffes, and ducks. These animals became the main characters of the story.

The content is tailored to Sangrak’s current interests—vehicles! The story is simple and straightforward, with short, easy sentences that match the perfect page length for his attention span. Through this book, Sangrak not only enjoys a fun story but also builds his vocabulary, observes his surroundings, and learns to notice the little details I’ve carefully illustrated in each scene. These details spark even more conversations between us!
